I hope you're doing well and have had a fab weekend… holy shit I am so broken I can't even lift my feet off the floor.
I would like to start by saying how thankful I am for everyone who supports me I have hit 2000 views on my blog, I seriously thought one person would read it and be like delete yourself pls.
Friday was a good day, I hit 2000 views, and we drove up to Nottingham to start our weekend away, we stayed in the orchard hotel (which I highly recommend, it's near enough the same price as a premier inn but it's way nicer) I had said ahead of time that it was our anniversary so when we got into the room we had the cutest plate of dessert!
When we got there I got a call from the hospital to tell me that my cardiology appointment was in September which is really good news!! Fast forward to me and Ross giving each other our gifts (I'd made him a scrapbook, which is soppy as) and he has only gone and got me tickets to go and see Ed Sheeran, something that was 100% on my bucket list! He is literally the best boyfriend I could have asked for.
We ate so much good food this weekend I think I might be 10 stone heavier than I was when we got there, we had Red’s BBQ on Friday night and then went and played a round of crazy golf which was a lot of fun.
On Saturday we went and did lots of shopping (I'll insert a picture below) as per usual I did not pace myself and ruined my back and my hips to the point that I couldn't lift my feet off of the floor again. Saturday night we were going to have takeaway delivered to the hotel as I was really struggling but we ended up going to GBK and it was amazing, they do the best burgers! We then went and played crazy golf again which was a nice way to end the evening.
Today before we began the journey home we went to the kitty cafe, which is my absolute favourite place, you can go and eat cake and play with cats…what's not to love?! Well unless you're allergic of course. I'm not sure Ross enjoys it as much as I do but I definitely love it #crazycatlady.
Now we are back home again it's safe to say my whole body hates me, I've got blisters on my feet, swollen feet, muscle pain in my legs and my chest is swollen…tomorrow is going to painful I can feel it already! I'm also going to insert a picture below of the amount of tablets I had on my table at night, you have to plan so many things when going away if you have a chronic illness.
It's really hard to plan things in advance because of the way that they progress, one week you'll be feeling as okay as you can and then the following you could be having the worst flare up ever, unable to move without a lot of support.
I'm going to sign off now, I will upload all of the pictures to my Facebook if you want to see all of them as I won't be able to put all of them into the bottom of my blog! As per usual please feel free to share and let me know what you think, don't forget to sign up or follow my social media for updates.
